Excellent service, save by bundling, ultra fast internet , especially if you have a crowd.

All channels at your fingertips and can scroll up and down much faster.

Pros

You can access all channels off the app, it's great! Convenient, you can download on your phone or tablet. Most of all it's a lot of fun.

Confusing

Pros

It is very exact which for accounting is great.

Cons

Hard to quickly edit things and is internet hosted. Everything needs codes and only gives you a couple letters/ numbers for it. I.e. coast codes have to be 6 letters only - then a descriptions follows

Easy to use but customer service needs work

New voip service which was well worth the switch

Pros

Recently switched to Spectrum VOIP. Very easy to use and has no down time during the switch. Was easy to set up queue and voicemails.

Cons

Customer service with spectrum overall could use some work. Getting someone knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient is luck of the draw. Also every time a technician has come out, while they've fixed one issue they ultimately create another and customer service needs to be called. It's a never ending cycle.
