Great product and wonderful customer support team...their Salesfusion University class is amazing.

There are many functions in SalesFusion that are practical. The Email statistics are useful and it is nice to be able to copy old campaigns or refer to old campaigns.

The templates are difficult to use, and placing pictures in emails is difficult.

With customization and CRM integration, it was very important to us to have the additional services available to us from the same company.

But, if you have any problems, the team is very responsive and helpful. Small companies and big companies alike can benefit from Salesfusion; when you grow, it can easily grow with you.

I really like the ease of use for certain parts of the system - the landing page builder and the nurture campaign flow come first to mind.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. We get great analytics out of this program, and great customer support.

Email platform and customer service pretty bad.

The email builder is easy to use and automatically optimizes for mobile. The integration between Salesfusion and our CRM has increased the communication and clarity between marketing and sales.

I don't like that the different pieces of the system don't match each other (email builder vs landing page builder).

We have increased our marketing outreach in both volume and engagement.

SalesFusion handles the demanding tasks we need it to but there is a bit of a learning curve involved.

The cost of the platform is really nice. We can basically do everything we were using Pardot for.

Can end up looking messy if you don't know the software well when you start working on it.

Incremental changes to functionality as new updates are implemented can be confusing.

The software is very intuitive to use. I also love all of the reports and statistical information that I can access.

You have to look up former residents in the search bar because there is no option for former residents under the Contact page.

I love how easy it is to use. It helps to be able to go back to past correspondence with residents and reuse it.
