Can't be beat!
It's been awesome. I shy away from sharing it for fear my competitors will find and use it too, but I've already recommended it to 20 plus colleagues.
PROSThe software is easy to use and very very rarely doesn't find anything. I can always do a deep search if I need to.
CONSPhone and Email validation are only available on the Chrome Extension at the moment, but that should be changing I've been told.

I also use SignalHire, but Swordfish is more trusted because of the validation of data.
Reasons for switching to Swordfish
The data was better and more accurate. The lead pool was far greater and not as limited.

Ease of use and I was not comfortable with using the other operating system. This took me 3 minutes to learn how to search the data base via the initial free trial!

Its a Scam run
Terrible
PROSNONE I was lied too and sold a one time plan I have it in writting and told credits would last for 12 months and 3 months later they took away the credits.... And told me to pay again to get them back
CONSMost of the numbers were wrong. They violated my contract and tried to charge me reoccuing charges instead of the ONE TIME Charge I agreed on and have in writting

Swordfish is a game changer
It's been great.
PROSSwordfish lets me connect with the right candidates for the best jobs. They spider for ways to connect, be it social media or online, and it works. The contact info is validated and accurate, and candidates are amazed when connected. I've hired a few through its success.
CONSNew privacy laws and guidelines mean less results, but 8 out of 10 is significantly better than other resources and much easier/faster than others. 100% improvement on ZoomInfo, which is clunky, old data and time suck.

Great Contact Enrichment
Overall great app for obtaining contact data for both sales and recruiting.
PROSSimple and easy to use, great Chrome extension and contact data results are consistently accurate
CONSDon't really have a con, other than the cost has gone up therefore we've held off on upgrading our subscription
