Used for social contests
The software has decent design capabilities for branding, and good ideas to work from when it comes to designing your contest.
CONSThere were a number of features we found to be lacking. We had to get support to make some of the design changes for us from the back end that we were unable to make on our own. We also hadn't realized we'd be unable to offer a lot of the bonus entry methods that we had hoped to provide to our entrants.

Perfect Tool for Running Contests
I use Wyng to run any contests my clients have because of the range of options available and how easy it is to collect customer information from the software.
PROSI mostly use this software to run contests for clients. It's a great way to make a unique and engaging contest that collects costumer information. I like how many different campaign types they offer. You can make a quiz, ask for UGC, boomerangs or even songs.
CONSYou have to pay a lot considering what you get. You cannot choose a plan to just have one small feature. It can be a little difficult to figure out and you have to pay extra attention to make sure all the features are set up right. There can be glitches so do a few tests.

Unfortunate
Great campaign ideas. Could build the campaign from scratch or use a template that is ready to go.
CONSSales representative we spoke to was supposed to be our point of contact, we were never notified she was no longer with company and it took months for someone to finally reach out to us. Also, we were promised things (documented in email) that sales rep promised us and wasn't in final contract (after paying a TON) and they didn't want to honor it. Not a great experience. Tried to end our contract early without luck.
