I enjoy the flow sheet portion of the software. The templates allow for therapist tailored exercises to be utilized quickly and easily.

Clinic Controller has been so good for our clinics and making the day flow easily for all of our therapists.

But what puts this software in a league of its own is the customer service experience its users experience. The team at Clinic Controller is simply amazing.

I like that you can color coordinate visits and right clicking makes everything super manageable from any screen.

Difficult to use and confusing to new users. No integrations which increased admin time.

Can not see previous cd or iop when you are entering current data, have to back out two screens then go back in (terrible for glaucoma or medical patients).

The thing that I like most about the software is that enhancements are made on a regular basis based on user feedback. New features are added regularly that make work flow and efficiency better.

The ability to import prescription medications from the patient's pharmacy is a great timesaver and enhances accuracy.

EHR is tolerable, PManagment makes you want to kill yourself.

It is so flexible and easy to navigate. We went through several EHRs that we didn't care for but this one is great.

Product is incomplete and does not offer basic features expected in a practice management program...i.e. It does not calculate receipts so there is no way to track your gross net income over time.

This EHR system has a lot of great features and the customer service and support are great. Definitely better interface than our old EHR system and notes are organized in a way that's easy to review.

Has system errors maybe once a month & have to call customer service to fix.

It's initially very difficult to learn and navigate.

Over all as an earlier adapter I have been happy the see the software evolve at a decent pace.

The practice management software is the worse I have ever dealt with by leaps and bounds. One month later and it isn't communicating with it's insurance sister VSP.

What I both find helpful and annoying is the VSP/Vision Services Plan integration - makes an easy billing transaction, when it works properly.

This program is user-friendly and specific to the field so it provides all the necessary tools. The iPad kiosk feature is great.
