The software is customizable to providers which is nice, we have tools that help track productivity and we are able to keep a constant stream of revenue with our billing.

It integrated so poorly that we had to go with another EHR which was bad because our EHR was great-the only reason we left was because of this product from Advanced MD.

The note templates are often difficult to customize and once done tend to have bugs that cause our providers frustration.

I still am not sure if they were lying or just incompetent. Eventually we changed EMRs and moved all the charts to another billing service.

AdvancedMD is very user friendly with all the bells and whistles.

I love the ease in being able to schedule patients and be able to schedule future appointments.

This is convenient to use because you can use it on your phone, iPad, computer, etc. it allows me to do work remotely and it’s great. The  phone version is easy to use.

Communication is very poor. It has been difficult getting people to understand a therapy clinic vs a physicians office.

Very poor customer service and accessibility to their team.

WEAK , frustrating software; a poorly implemented EHR.

Customer service is top notch. They answer, the respond, they are kind and easy to understand.

The PM side is pretty straight forward and easy for my employees to use. The integration with other apps has also been very nice.

The sysrem, as I'm writibng this, is down for unknown reasons and of course, they're closed after 7PM central time. WE HAD lots OF PROBLEMS SCANNING IN labs, reports, etc.

Constant problems with connect and development just does not build features to compensate for shortcomings.

The software had long lag times to find cpt codes and difficulty linking payments. In the end we decided to stop using after one month, but had to pay a buyout of $1,440 dollars.

Very user friendly and good value for the investment.

There is no alerts to notes that have been unsigned for 72 hours (this blows my mind since its a major compliance requirement).

Really liked the ease of navigation and the all around feel of the software and ease to read screens.

No big cons come to mind. Apparently, I can not complete the survey without adding more characters to this box.

The customization of AdvancedMD is extremely useful especially for multi-specialty clinics.

I like the fact that in many respects the system does what we need it to do, and has many features that reduce, if not eliminate paperwork.

I cant place stop payments in fear of them deleting our information due to non-payment.

This ended up causing a total waste of my entire office and back office staff's time.

Reporting was easy on the eyes and purposeful. They were easy to read and functional for gathering a picture of the clinic.

I LIKE BEING ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE TO OUR NEEDS WHEN NEEDED.

The salesman was excellent in selling this software and I was so hopeful that it would be beneficial to me and my practice. I was promised that it would be up and running withing 4-6 weeks.

Unmet needs, lack of communication with us and amongst the team.

The revenue cycle management is a disaster. We have lost thousands of dollars.

It's a great tool to go back and comb through if an issue comes up. Patient's also love texting and this is the first opportunity we've had for them to be able to text our main number, super helpful.

The patients love the convenience of texting our office and the employees love that they spend more time hands free and not stuck to the phone all day.

Connected almost 100 percent of time. Rhinogram I am connecting only about 75percent of time, which has been disappointing bc I would have to follow up w phone call to finish my “virtual appointment.

Great addition to any practice looking to get away from the phones while staying in contact.

We love being able to contact people by text, alot of people can not answer a phone call at work, but they can answer a text quickly.

That we have to pay to add numbers to the software.

Excellent functionality and helped us tremendously as we tried to manage patient care remotely as possible during the pandemic.

It is difficult to keep up with a text thread for in office use, especially if it is a group message.

SIKA has been the absolute worst part about using  Rhinogram.

Overall, we would have a real struggle communicating with the patients if we did not have Rhinogram.

It's been a great experience for us and we will continue to use the software. It has made our practice more technical and I feel that impresses our patients.

I love that it integrates with our software. It pulls the patient information and then stays put in their chart forever.

Rhinogram has vastly improved our ability to communicate with patients. Many people prefer texting these days, so it's an amazing tool to keep our patient population engaged with their care.

We enjoy that Rhinogram allows us to communicate with multiple patients at once and cover a variety of to-dos. We love that we have template for all of our most commonly used messages.

It is easy quick and easy to address an issue, it is difficult for some patients/parents to answer phone calls or emails at work, but with texting we usually get quick responses.

Occasionally, the set up of how a number is assigned to a patient and knowing who in the family you are actually corresponding with can be confusing.
