  • Pros

  • Ease of use and compliance are top of mind. The recent changes to the software are great for companies that want to improve compliance.
  • It was the best software and very user friendly before all the recent changes. It made it easy to run the back office well with it's numerous reports and the HR credential tracking is good.
  • Ease of use, availability of an expert to help you through any difficulties, and excellent customer service for the most part.
  • Cons

  • We got different answers from different staff, depending on who we spoke with. Very frustrating especially when you have payroll to worry about.
  • This bad attitude to work makes them not to realize their mistakes and carelessness so they are not ready to change quite unlike Axxess software staffs. Obstructing business cash flow is dangerous.
  • This is the worst company as far as customer service, product, ethics, values, practice, and overall anything.

  • Data collection is very good and allows for identifying underperformance and bottlenecks within the company. Tech support is very courteous, friendly, and takes requests seriously.
  • One year down the road I am quite impressed by how much have been delivered and by the excellent customer relation and support provided by the AC team. Special thanks to the support staff.
  • Modern look, ability to progress our company smoothly from paper-based to electronic. Customizable forms are amazing.
  • Cons

  • It creates a problem when transferring shifts from Unapproved visits to the schedule.
  • The downside to this software being web based, if there's an issue with the web, there can be a lag, but this is very rare.
  • Uncomfortable technical support and unhelpful administration. No innovation and no review for ongoing issues.
