Tech support is fast to respond. We like the ability to customize our exams to suit our needs.

Patient scheduling was good, but they seem to make it worse with updates. Spectacle POS better than original set-up.

Overall, my biggest complaint with Compulink is that the salesperson lied to me repeatedly. I asked specific questions and was given answers that were 180 degrees different than than the truth.

I like that you can auto populated 'positives' and that you can forward exam findings from last visit.

I am very pleased with the customer support teams they are very knowledgeable, courteous, and answer all questions in a very timely manner.

We have been with Compulink for over ten years. We have learned a lot from the friendly trainers and have always had excellent customer support.

The ridiculous thing about this software is that it's extremely complex, yet you can still only do one thing at a time.

First of all the price is one of the best and most affordable. The program can be easily customized to meet the needs of an individual user.

The customer service of Compulink is outstanding. There is a help icon that you click and submit a question or problems.

The biggest problem that compulink has is that lots of their software doesnt work.

Overall, this is a good product and would recommend it. Does have some issues off and on but is usually handled in an upgrade pretty quickly.

Additionally, it is inconvenient that for the text messaging Practice Watch, we can only have so many characters before it gets cut off and leaves our patients asking more questions.

Customer support has always been prompt and caring. Has been my best employee.

The ability to communicate with instruments and the quick way of populating fields on subsequent visits when nothing has changed is great. The fact that it prompts you for missing info is helpful.

We have used Compulink since 1994. The product is easy to use, covers all aspects of our optometry practice and their customer support is outstanding.

Their eprescribe function is woefully out of date, and their ICD 10 codes are incomplete. They are putting almost no money into keeping the system up to date and it really shows.

The flexibility and the functionality of the software is excellent.

Also the updates usually go very bad. One time all of our calendars went missing and we lost all our appointments.

My current struggle is with check out/ posting with discounts on packages.

I am uncomfortable with the form design as it is very technical.

Have to get out to correct error when billing.

We have been very happy with the ease of use and ability to customize. The support throughout the years has been top notch.

I love how I was able to work with my trainer to customize the software for my preferences. I love the email and text options as well as the patient portal.

This software is decent and affordable for those who don't have a large budget. I think there are better options out there but at a higher cost.

The cost of the product is probably higher than others on the market but in this arena I think you get what you pay for.

The integration of the EHR, PM, and optical was the biggest draw to the software. It is easy for our staff to learn, and integrates with most software we want it to integrate with.

Sometimes crashes for no reason, system can sometimes run slowly, cannot upload pictures directly into the software from ipad or other devices, must pay for other systems to integrate with software.

We are confident they will continue to be the best solution in the future as we grow from a medium organization into a large organization.

Our experience with rater8 has been extremely positive. We discussed our goals and each check-in with their customer service team we review them and the progress we've made to accomplish them.

If there are times we have consistent negative feedback, we can address the issue internally, in a timely manner.

The company also does a good overall job with customer service, i.e. makes themselves available, conducts regular check-in meetings, low turnover, etc.

You can pull reports of ratings that don't have comments. So if someone leaves a rating but does leave a comment about that rating, I'm unable to pull that non-commented rating.

The Rater8 employees are the best part- very responsive and friendly.

I am able to see all comments and know when I have a problem at one of our clinics pretty quickly. It's also a great tool for meetings with departments in our clinic - the feedback is priceless.
