  • Pros

  • Tech support is fast to respond. We like the ability to customize our exams to suit our needs.
  • Patient scheduling was good, but they seem to make it worse with updates. Spectacle POS better than original set-up.
  • Cons

  • Overall, my biggest complaint with Compulink is that the salesperson lied to me repeatedly. I asked specific questions and was given answers that were 180 degrees different than than the truth.
  • Poor integration with DICOM devices and systems.

  • One of the best things about this software was the ease of integration.
  • We liked how in depth the analysis of profile management and review tracking was from the very start. As we have worked with Rater8, we have found that the customer service is excellent.
  • Cons

  • It can be difficult to find time to log in and pull all provider score cards and send out consistently.
  • At first there were some reports that I felt the system was missing, but the team at Rater8 quickly provided those enhancements to their reporting system.
