This software is super easy to use and the support from the personnel you get on a daily basis is amazing. M a new business owner and they have been so responsive and supportive.

Freezes, scanning problems, checking out clients takes longer than expected.

I love that they integrate with so many other business solutions as well, so if they don't directly solve my problem they make it really easy to find another app to connect to.

We have 22 stations and had to pay licensing fees of $1200 for each station. We are being charged $15,000 annually for maintenance and upgrades whether we need them or not.
