If the check-in screen is not selected and a member scans in, it can be a problem. If you do not have at least 2 computers at your front desk, a lot of members will not get checked in.

I like the schedule feature, I like that I can see what is going on in the entire facility at all times. That is a very nice feature.

It is not very intuitive for customers to use (especially new customers) I constantly receive calls and emails complaining about how new customers are unable to register for training.

An excellent way to go about managing our small gym. Love the ability to manage trainer's schedule.

Ezfacility is the life blood of my sports business, just as important as capital itself, we do everything through Ezfacility. We use it daily and its just awesome to be honest.

The ease of having groups and sub groups. The reports are awesome too and breakdown every penny coming in.

And the cost is affordable which is  a huge consideration for our organization where funds are ever diminishing.

The payment and billing section can be confusing at times.

There's no in-app messaging feature. The trainer could not message class members via the mobile app directly.

The system is supported the streamlining of data collection and the team are highly responsive to implement new features.

Another thing I don’t like is that students can’t rate their experience with class and write a review which was one of the main driving factors to fill my classes when using MindBody.

Most tasks are done in half the time we used to. Whenever we have a question , the team is responsive and helpful.

We are now able to have everything centralized in one place with a very user-friendly interface. The team is very supportive and always has a solution to the challenge we are facing.
