Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the schedule feature, I like that I can see what is going on in the entire facility at all times. That is a very nice feature.
- Ezfacility is the life blood of my sports business, just as important as capital itself, we do everything through Ezfacility. We use it daily and its just awesome to be honest.
- User Friendly, good payment tracking system, good scheduling system. Customer Support is excellent.
Cons
- My customers ALL complained how hard it was to try to schedule or sign up for cages so I stopped using it on my website.
- It is not very intuitive for customers to use (especially new customers) I constantly receive calls and emails complaining about how new customers are unable to register for training.
- If the check-in screen is not selected and a member scans in, it can be a problem. If you do not have at least 2 computers at your front desk, a lot of members will not get checked in.
Pros
- This software is amazing for keeping a martial arts school on track. They are continually improving features as well and we highly recommend anyone use it.
- The website templating is also a nice tool. We are not particularly skilled at making and managing websites, so having this template has been super nice.
- It's fairly easy to find the features in looking for. Further the help section and customer support have been excellent.
Cons
- The only one thing I have found that I have had trouble with is when I search for a member if they are frozen their name doesn't come up in the search. I have to go to the frozen tab to find them.
- It’s cuts down tons on paperwork and allows the use of a card for recurring monthly payments.
- I dislike not being able to give INDIVIDUAL stripes when a promotion is made. I can put stripes on the color belts, but it shows everyone with the same stripes.
