Overall I really like the application. It is user friendly and easy to use.

Love the toggle between clients feature. As a technician collecting data, it makes it very easy to have everything I need on a user-friendly app.

Accel is easy to use because it is has a simple, modern user interface with the ability to switch up how the user view targets.

Accel is very simple and easy to use on the web application. Developing programming in Accel was somewhat intuive to figure out.

I like how easy it is to organize my programs and read the data graphs. Super easy to take ACB data on and communicate with your team.

There is no ipad/apple application available for Accel which puts it at a disadvantage as it is only accessible on small screens. Data collection is not able to be done from the web.

I don’t like how it’s only accessible for android and how difficult it is to delete accidental data collection (for example If a client gets ahold of the device and bumps a button).

There are features that are missing from Accel that are common practice in other ABA data collection platforms.

I am satisfied with Accel and find that it is responsive to user feedback and regularly adding in new features.

It is great for when I have to see 2 clients at once I can switch between the 2 clients easily and record each of their data. As a BCBA it is easy to access on the desktop and see raw data.

I like having the application on a phone it makes it easy for Therapists. It is easy to collect data and there are various data collection methods (I.e., prompt, text etc).

Super easy to use on the go and while working in a fast pace environment.

Some of the features on the web application are difficult to find.

There is still no option to make the graphs black and white and no option to had horizontal goal lines. This is required for funding sources I work with.

I don’t like how when new programs are added it mixes the order of the other programs. I also dont like how you have to fix the order of programs every day.

I have enjoyed using Accel and as a therapist who works with your clients, it is easier to take data while on the move.

I love the ease of taking data most the time and how it’s compatible with small devices such as a phone.

The product is so easy to use and has so many features that make your job so much easier.

Because the program is learned from live training, sometimes it becomes really hectic to grasp all the information in one go. This eventually makes it hard for people to catch the pace and learn.

Assessment, Treatment, and all the lessons are very informative and useful for not only the therapists but also the parents to follow the instructions.

Makes it very easy to see the progress of the client on individual and overall goals. Very easy to mark the trial date as the session goes along.

It is comprehensive and includes all parts of an ABA treatment. It also includes a lot of background information and detail about each curriculum and lesson purpose, which is helpful for families.

My favorite part of this software is the incredibly comprehensive teaching curriculum for ABA therapy. There are more goals in this software than I have seen in any software of its kind.

The program is hard to learn from a live training. There is too much information and you don't really understand until you begin to use it.

This makes it hard for new people to learn. The exemplars use language that is too complex to read and understand in the moment with a child with autism.

Language barrier - As English is not Thai's mother language, it is limited to only a group of people who can fully understand English to use.

The ability to see live data collection has been life changing and has allowed for better quality in services and goals.

The Skills software is very function and user friendly. When I began using the software, it had already been set up and I took over as the administrator.

The SKILLs staff is responsive and quick to address issues. The program saves BCBA time.

Overall excellent experience, love being able to show data/graphs.
