- I love the easy of use, auto-reminders, and integrated virtual software.
- Very affordable for a small practice, love how customizable the forms are, lots of pre made templates as well that are helpful.
Cons
- Once the intake forms are up and running that will make it a one stop shop as I can store everything on there.
- The portal is difficult and signs out many times during a session.
Pros
- Easy to read and the support team has been helping staff and myself immensely and immediately. The transitioning team has provided me staff with excellent service and consideration.
- The Aginity support team is ALWAYS responsible in a timely manner and works the issue to completion.
Cons
- Unexpected loss of documentation. There are some glitches within the system.
- The only times that it's bad, is when the internet is slow, which is usually during lunch. But after or before you do get your response.
