What I like best is that DAQBilling is very user friendly.

I love the ease of use of DAQBilling. It is easy to navigate, to change the schedule, appointment types, or billing codes to meet to your own practice's needs.

If I had to say something negative about this product, it would probably be the ongoing monthly charges.

Also, we are able to edit the super bill whenever to suite the doctors needs.

Compared to other software programs I've used in the past that take weeks of training in order to use them in live time, this is great. They are very reasonably priced/a great value for money.

Well from switching from Visionary Office, I love DAQ Billing. It was a nice change to be able to start new.

The management staff is absolutely useless. Sad part is that the employees that answer the phone are very nice and really try hard to help, but most problems have to be elevated to management.

I am able to easily keep track of referrals, color-coordinate the schedule, posting insurance payments is s breeze. The number one thing I love most is that correcting a error is super easy.

Apparently, the guy we had was leaving for a different position. That was very difficult, because my new rep had no idea where we left off.

The program has detail billing and financial reports which are important to billing company. Very user friendly with short learning curve, especially helpful to our  clients who also use the system.

Often needed but unavailable support is terrible.

At times DAQ will move so slowly it needs to be restarted. Any claim being worked on will be lost and need to be started over.

I recommend it to other medical colleagues, too, because we have never had issues with it, and my staff really likes it. The pricing is great, and they take care of mailing our paper claims.

Sold Electronic Ub-04 Billing does not do it. Encounters get lost between software and clearinghouse.

Also, our practice LOVED being able to make our own encounter forms (super bills). We were able to cut our doctor out from paying a copy service as he had been doing for many years.

They always blame some kind of update or try to blame the client because we used a feature that apparently does not work. My advice is do not have the feature if it does not work.

DAQbilling has provided me the ability to grow my billing service beyond what I had imagined and still be profitable.

Also, it is fairly easy to submit claims and manage the scheduler. Lastly, customer support is easy to reach and readily available and helpful.

There are still some issues where I believe the two programs can talk better. Vendor support is excellent.

Luminello is easy to you and has a shallow learning curve- it is a wonderful place to gather all the information necessary for patient files.

Customer support was also extremely responsive and helpful. I appreciated customer service by email, as responding to an email is much easier than making a phone call for me.

It was an okay system when I was a small, solo private practice. It has not grown with me and that's disappointing.

I have also used NewCrop and ClinicTracker in past settings, and both of which are horrendous.

Luminello is simply easy. I write my progress notes and prescribe my medications electronically with ease.

They would rather send 15 emails then have one call and I have to threaten them to get questions answered.

Integration with local labs is lacking if you do not use quest or labcorps. It also was hard to find ones own personal URL.

Originally my plan was all cash practice. This would have been perfect for that.

It is not cluttered with functions I do not need and allows a surprising degree of customization within some constraints.

Notes are easy to do once initial templates are completed and easy to do follow up notes. Integration of scheduling, e-prescribing, and online scheduling is major advantage.

Also the integration of messages into charts. Electronic prescribing has been a huge asset as well.

Everything is online- so forms able to send easily to patients for signatures. Secure portal messaging very easy to use.

Support staff has been very responsive and helpful.

I had a problem e-prescribing on Friday due to purchase of new phone.

The mobile interface was also sometimes difficult to use.

Integration with current processes went smoothly and it is very user friendly. Being able to integrate patient's credit cards into the system was a definite billing time saver.

It's competitively priced with other EMRs like practice fusion though practice fusion has e-labs which luminello does not. It's fairly intuitive to use.

It has been freezing on me lately when I've tried to edit the intake note templates. It's a little confusing trying to figure out how to build forms on it or edit the forms.

Sending labs is still difficult. Also, they require patients date of birth when setting up an account for patients which has annoyed me (as opposed to patient typing it themselves).

I am very happy with them and relieved to have finally found a good solution. I am now able to manage a medium sized psychiatry practice without any staff which is a huge accomplishment.

It is very helpful to have electronic prescription capabilities especially because California is phasing out paper prescriptions in 2022. The program is quite reliable.

I think this might be just because it's made more for therapists than physicians, but I'm not sure. Overall, it's been pretty good.

Overall my experience was wonderful, particularly refreshing after switching from another general EMR.

The feature I like most about this software is the ease with which I can post questionnaires for patients and then directly transfer that information into a note.

There are many aspects of Luminello that were appealing and worked well for my practice. First is the user interface, which was very easy on the eyes.

Very easy to learn and overall operation is intuitive. Tech support is outstanding, even for the basic questions.

The pricing is straightforward and fair, with new provider/low-volume pricing. I appreciate not being constantly upsold other products from sales, which I’ve experienced with other platforms.

I think this is a great software for therapists and cash pay practices.
