  • Pros

  • The clinical interface is good. Intuitive to navigate, looks good, nice use of shortcuts and templates for notes, and nice scheduler.
  • I like the ability to learn as needed with Kareo university and ease of use for our team. We love the automated reminders and the ability the send messages with the software.
  • Cons

  • We had tons of rejections and denials for months. Our billers were on the verge of leaving because it was so much of a hassle.
  • The tele medicine is the worst department, their support team is slow and arrogant, and there are a lot of technical issues which lead to lost patient appointments and it affects clinical care.

  • The program library allows you find other useful program to add for your client, the training videos are also very helpful for training parents, and is it very user friendly.
  • Their onboarding and support teams are efficient and proactive. It is clear management cares about their clients and is invested in their success.
  • Cons

  • There are also way too many drop downs and switching windows happening within the software just to see the information I need.
  • The plans are fairly useless to us in the field as they are not designed for clinical practices. The behavior reduction program layout makes it too simple to just check a lot of boxes.
