This software system has benefitted Professional Counseling Solutions in both the mental health and substance abuse industry. We have used it for billing with Medicaid, private insurance, for entering client data, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes which all flow from the patient module. This constantly checks for errors, which makes my life a lot easier. The staff management module is a great tool in monitoring payroll, licensing, and many more things.,As a company, you have always been willing to go the extra mile, whether with the development of web pages, onboarding us as a company, or answering questions that we had concerning Soonercare, Payroll, or reports, which are awesome. Many times, when you didn’t know the answers, you all would work until you found the answers and would call back in a timely manner. In the past few years, I have begun doing my own billing with commercial insurance and private pay. They have all assisted me in understanding not only the private insurance world, but the world of Availity and Thinkhealth’s ability to interface with them for quick billing. We were with think health 12+ years. We are only changing because we have grown significantly and we have received a CCBHC certification and we are moving to another company that has all the forms and format for the CCBHC certification and mandates.

think health is easy to use and the [sensitive content hidden] are very supportive and quick to respond to any help needed

We had to modify our internal system because it was outdated

The greatest benefit is the billing system in the reporting system

This particular EMR system works well with being able to submit billing with ease to the state's medicaid site and also connects with availity for private insurance billing

This software is often down for maintenance disconnects with the server that is directly associated with the company has multiple errors at times and the lock up forcing you to open the task manager and end the task

I learned lots about Mental Health but still I have more to learn.

This system is user friendly that easy to use, navigates and learn. There is a lot of video tutorial support which is very helpful. When you needed support and development help, they are very quick to respond. That we now have extended hours of email support. Just email our team if you have question or need assistance. they get back to you well within 24 hours. Clients are able to check their appointment, scheduling, creating notes, assessments. Also clinicians are able to produce treatment plans for their clients in a much shorter time. Thinkhealth practice management "EHR", be part of HIE, Completely HIPPA Compliant is amazing and many other Features of ThinkHealth. Its also reasonably priced and great value as far as I am concerned.

The only least about this software is that sometimes the server or internet connections is a bit slow.

Think Health is an easy program to learn and easy to teach new therapist on the benefits of this program.

Think Health had outages and did not contact our office for a whole afternoon. We rely on this program to complete our mental health assessments and were unable to complete our assessments for a whole afternoon. There are times that i will enter information on a client and I will lose the information even after I save it.

With the addition of ThinkHealth-Touch program on Apple products, ThinkHealth is now on top of the line. Customer service is also superb - prompt and very accommodating to our queries. Having ThinkHealth as a tool make one's work easier.

At first I was a bit overwhelmed with learning all the new information but within a short time I was feeling confident with the help of the phone staff always on call to serve you. ThinkHealth has made my life easier, more organized, and all my information a click away.
