All the functionality for the price. It was looking merely for a mentoring  platform but was delighted to find that Almabase was so much more.

I've been slightly disappointed by the lack of customization on the platform.

However, the team is in the process of expanding that integration. I'll give a follow-up review once that's completed.

It’s easy to set-up and customize within a very short time frame. It’s affordable for startups and small organizations.

What stood out to me most were the features to assist in the matching process and the ability to really make the process best suited to our graduate students.

Tags are a little daunting and can be difficult for end-users to understand how to get them to work to move forward in completing a task.

Very happy with our decision to use Qooper for our mentoring needs. It's very user friendly, provides excellent data and analytics, easy to interact with, upload items, share information.

I may have lost a few participants but all the ones that did take part were involved to the fullest.

Describe your overall experience: It is difficult to onboard employees quickly because we have a lot of learning materials and training.

Also, we saw a correlation between. Disengaged employees and their progress so that was a good metric.

Our questions are answered within 5 min. They are responsive and care for their clients.

They've been so helpful during setup with their recommendations and resource library. Also, live support is super helpful at any point in the program.

In addition, you are not able to share files using the feature so may of our pairs used Zoom or another platform for their calls. In addition, emails sent from Qooper may end up in spam folders.

We have junior associates who need to get up to speed faster and have the best guidance in some of the projects.

Qooper offers very good support to customize the product and the functionalities. The team is fully engaged to help and to answer your needs.
