  • Pros

  • I love how it ties with Quickbooks, makes transferring invoices and data so easy. Also great that it is so multi functional.
  • The end of the ady when i can log out of Connectwise. The Contract part and some automation is good.
  • Cons

  • They literally just churn you out and get the next lot of sheep in. Sales team lied about how it would interact and sync with Xero.
  • The sales team had no sense of ethics and resorted to lying in order to make a sale. If ignoring the deplorable ethics of the company, the product itself has innumerable flaws.

  • Great user interface and easy to use. Technical support very responsive and able to solve issue or request in a couple of hours.
  • My personal favorite features include Domotz Eyes with Alerts, VPN on Demand, Network Monitoring, Web-hooks, VLAN support and IoT integrations.
  • Cons

  • The only thing that really bothered us was the constantly changing plan pricing levels. However that has now been eliminated.
  • It lacks 2 features : the automatic cleaning of offline devices after X days offline. It's either we delete all offline device or manually delete them one by one.
