It has been fairly easy to use and integrate into our system.

I've been very happy with the service and ease of use with this app. It's a great benefit to our members, and has helped us connect with membership in a new way.

I have found eMembership very easy to work with.

My fear is our members will forget they have gifted a pass and gift it again. I suspect this is something InfiCare will be able to address in a future update.

Museum Anywhere has cut our printing costs and helped our guest experience.

Also, the update to iOS made the app no longer scannable unless the customer puts it in their Apple wallet. I know this can be fixed, but I don't think Museum Anywhere has figured it out yet.

Ease of use and integration with our software and membership processes. Our members have not had any issues with accessing their membership cards.

They handled the set-up so well and I hardly had to do anything. Teaching people to download their cards is super easy and most people catch on quickly with very little instruction.

It is very confusing to members that you have to slide over to view the second membership card. Also, it takes a long time for new members to be able to download their cards.

EMembership Cards is easy to use on both the administrative side and the user side.

The 2 systems don't connect well. For example, with the Fastlane, we need to manually enter the check-ins from Fastlane to Altru because there is no way to automate the process.

We launched this as a new member benefit, and have received a lot of positive feedback from our members about the ease of use. They especially like having the reciprocal benefits all in one spot.

Its a great way to stay top of mind with our members. The ability to promote our benefits, perks, and communicate with our members is top notch.

I like the platform for Museum Anywhere and how I can see everyone who has downloaded their cards and when.

It makes our small membership office more efficient and will save us the time and money we spent to produce membership cards as well as replacement cards and to mail them out.

We love that we no longer have to send out physical cards, which in addition to being a substantial cost savings , furthers our mission of conservation of the earth's resources.

The customer service is some of the quickest and best that I have received by a third party service.

Having the ability to have members access their benefits immediately is a great time saver for staff. As for glitches, all issues were resolved in a timely manner.

The help desk team is also very responsive, and I never have to wait long for a response to my question.

The admin site is relatively intuitive and easy to use. Guests have been surprisingly ready to transition to phone-based cards rather than having traditional printed cards.

They have provided outstanding service to our museums, and I am confident that when I need assistance they will be responsive, informative, and most helpful.

Utilizing eMembership Cards allows us to save money by not printing physical cards and not having to mail physical cards for online orders.

Additionally, the product offers us the opportunity to communicate directly with our members via notifications and we have the ability to offer coupons for our members to utilize.

Cards don't always show up in real time. Members have a hard time finding their cards.

I quite like the customer support offered to users. The option of speaking directly to a technician helps answer questions that are more time-bound than other times.

Many features missing that would be helpful and difficulty getting answers.

It is difficult for people to use, especially non-library-oriented volunteers which make up the majority of our users.

ResourceMate is absolutely wonderful. I am very pleased with both the product and the technical support.

As a librarian who has not worked in a library for over 20 years, I find ResourceMate extremely user friendly and simple to use.

I don’t use the reports because I find them a little confusing.

There was an error message that showed up about liscence expired (but liscence actually doesn't not required at all) and they made me pay $80 just to figure out why that window poped up.

Each location is its own collection and all locations are searchable on the OPAC. I find this very helpful.

Over 16,000 books and 1500 DVDs are being tracked and checked in and out to some 1250 prison inmates.

Our Grade 2 students benefit greatly in being able to quickly find books at their specific reading level for their classroom book bins.

Fields cannot be renamed (to my knowledge). It is very difficult to custom design printouts, without mounting a steep learning curve.

I have no opinion yet since we have just purchased the software.

We made use of Resourcemate's trial version to discover these amazing features.

Our library is still using a card catalog  and I like not having to use a typewriter to set up each card. The print option for cards is fabulous.

I appreciate that RM is always improving the software. The new OPAC allows us to improve on the presentation which is most desirable.

The benefits were great to start with but have deteriorated for tiny libraries with simple needs and a volunteer staff.

An important feature of the company itself is its great customer service and tech support.

Originally, and this was some years back, it was easy to use, uncomplicated, and inexpensive.

There are still features that I am learning, but we use it every day. It is nice to have all our books listed in the same place.

I like Searching other databases to help catalog my books. I can find Dewey# and subjects to pick from to suit my library.

I have been very pleased. I set up my whole library using this database.

I participated in the instructional opportunities provided to users which were quite helpful and deepened my  understanding of how to use the program more effectively.

The institution saved some money for training on the usage of Resourcemate.

The software has been user-friendly and the learning curve for basic functions has been stress-free. I particularly appreciate the ISBN retrieval feature when onboarding new items.

We've let our subscription lapse and probably won't ever renew it as your product no longer meets our needs.

The stability of this software is its best characteristic. The software code is well-written and very stable.

It is easy to search for an entered title, and make changes if they need to be made. The price is within the available budget.
