It is so easy to search and find what I need whether for in-house research or to respond to requests from our community.

They get back to me so quickly, and with great suggestions. This software has just about everything I need for collections management, and nothing I don't.

Finally, the camera feature is a lifesaver --I can quickly document an objects condition or upload accession documents where I need them.

I am very pleased by this program and even purchased a personal subscription for my own small collection of artifacts.

The Mobile App makes it easy to add pictures or make corrections while working in the collections storage. Our volunteers find this program easy to use, and appreciate the photo editing tool.

It is easy for me to add new objects either individually or to do a batch upload using an Excel spreadsheet. The customer service has been fantastic.

I've used PastPerfect in my previous jobs and while it can do many (many) things, CatalogIt is so simple and attractive and so much less expensive.

Museum Anywhere has cut our printing costs and helped our guest experience.

Also, the update to iOS made the app no longer scannable unless the customer puts it in their Apple wallet. I know this can be fixed, but I don't think Museum Anywhere has figured it out yet.

Ease of use and integration with our software and membership processes. Our members have not had any issues with accessing their membership cards.

They handled the set-up so well and I hardly had to do anything. Teaching people to download their cards is super easy and most people catch on quickly with very little instruction.

It is very confusing to members that you have to slide over to view the second membership card. Also, it takes a long time for new members to be able to download their cards.

EMembership Cards is easy to use on both the administrative side and the user side.

The 2 systems don't connect well. For example, with the Fastlane, we need to manually enter the check-ins from Fastlane to Altru because there is no way to automate the process.

We launched this as a new member benefit, and have received a lot of positive feedback from our members about the ease of use. They especially like having the reciprocal benefits all in one spot.

Its a great way to stay top of mind with our members. The ability to promote our benefits, perks, and communicate with our members is top notch.

I like the platform for Museum Anywhere and how I can see everyone who has downloaded their cards and when.

It makes our small membership office more efficient and will save us the time and money we spent to produce membership cards as well as replacement cards and to mail them out.

We love that we no longer have to send out physical cards, which in addition to being a substantial cost savings , furthers our mission of conservation of the earth's resources.
