Charges per lesson meaning as your company grows, you pay more for the software. I would much prefer fixed pricing.

I've had major problems with invoicing this term. Direct debit is only sometimes automatic - you have to do it manually for some customers, and for others, it's automatic.

Apart from the two improvements I wrote about, I love TutorCruncher and I think you did a great job at building it.

Tutorcruncher can be occasionally difficult to use, with some unfortunate design flaws. One issue I had was with the labelling tutors option.

Supportive team to help you set up. The video tutorials help when first starting and the email and invoicing and scheduling are great.

The support team is always available and very responsive. And for the price, TutorCruncher is an amazing investment.

Both the functions for creating, and removing labels en masse are frustrating to use.
