Saas service means very good scalability for bigger networks.Flow data being enriched by other types of data makes it easy to extract value from the platform.

Kentik is a great product, their support is excellent, their product is as well.

It's really nice to monitor traffic and packets. It's also use to look at BGP path, so it helps with day to day monitoring and troubleshooting.

The Connectivity Costs tool is also extremely helpful for seeing which links are costing us the most money.

It cannot alert network admin regarding IP hijack cases.

Kentik is very easy to use. Classifying interfaces, adding devices and defining alerts is a breeze.

Like most SaaS consumption models, your deployment is extremely easy. Setting up dashboards is rather intuitive (for engineers) and the filtering capability is really good.

Kentik is a great product that is a step above the rest. Its easy to use, it quick to setup, its very powerful and can be leveraged for many uses.

At times the software can be a little difficult to navigate. This could be user error.

Additionally, it is mired with the same bugs as the standard UI and more. Most of the errors are around their timeline but there are other errors that cause major concern like data inconsistencies.

I don't like sending our netflows to a third party, and once when we had a severe DDoS attack, we could not use Kentik since our data did not get to them.

This is an administrative nightmare but Kentik's response to my problem was to give them a week to make this happen. I was stunned on how fast they were able to turn this around.

Overall I have good experience with Kentik as data analysis software, it has help to mitigate top talkers in network and make necessary optimization in network accordingly.

Overall this tool is very useful, the onboarding team is very helpful.

It is a simple tool with good functionalities, at a low cost for the functionalities it brings.

The most interesting thing is the ease of installation and configuration to start with the monitoring of network devices.

NCM, along with its supporting packages gives you a very powerful toolset. NCM is amazing at providing all the necessary management features all in one pane of glass.

The pros are the UI and ease of use. Seeing my entire network hardware inventory on one dashboard has made management so much easier.

I love the ease of management and the simplicity of using the software.

Overall the product is very stable and works continuously. We've had a handful of issues, but the support team were great on identifying and resolving issues for us.

The ease of setup, overall capabilities, and potential for in-depth customization in this product is unmatched in my experience.

This product was purchased to fill that whole, but it ended up being much more useful. I have used it to clean up all of my configs and it made increasing the security of my configs much easier.

After looking into various other solutions I found that NCM was the best fit for my needs as a Network Administrator.
