I haven't ever used a program that has this feature. They genuinely care about their users and consistantly reach out to ensure they are still pleased with the program and the service received.

It's easy to use, mostly intuitive, you don't have to be techy to be successful at using it, and their customer support is world-class. The more we use Bloomerang, the more we love it.

I have had really good luck with support. The chat feature is very useful and the support team knows their product.

Overall, Bloomerang is a good product. It is user friendly and you can customize the features oto work best with your organization.

The live chat support feature is great. There hasn't been a question I've had that they haven't been able to help me with and show me direct articles/videos to further help with the issue.

Our current biggest annoyance is that it's hard to filter out mass emails when looking at a donor timeline. We have a workaround for that, so it's not been a major challenge to date.

I also found it difficult to navigate how the report looked in mobile versus desktop, which is common in any web-based platform.

I am experienced with graphic design, web design and HTML, so it didn't take me long to get the hang of it. It might be more difficult for someone with limited experience in those areas.

Fantastic Solution for Moving to Digital Reports.

There seem to be some bugs or some clunky aspects to the customization of the design. Doing anything more than the basics would be tough.

The price point (Free for basic features) was great for my tiny team.

Overall, my experience with Yearly was great. I ran into issues and bugs along the way, but the support team was always very responsive and helpful and they would fix my issues in a timely manner.

I found that auto-save was tricky. We ended up building a few different layouts to see how things would look without having to delete and start over.

I liked how easy it was to build and customize our annual report without any background in coding or graphic/web design necessary.

By using Yearly, we significantly cut down on expenses related to sending an annual report.
