ClearGIVE includes functionality to manage campaigns, volunteer coordination, constituent communications and more. The solution supports multiple contribution types including one-time and recurring donations, pledges, text-to-give, peer-to-peer campaigns and online and offline point-of-sale. The event management module provides functionality to create events, register attendees, manage tickets and process payments. It is great on the user end, but our side it is a bit tricky to update easily. Cons: Our business was new territory for Cleargive and there was a lot that we did not anticipate. At times we had to do multiple reworks to get things right. Towards the end of our time responsiveness could have been better. We were a relatively small business and our projects took some time to solve due to the fact that we were not as big a priority. I have worked in tech for years and they were one of the harder companies to work with and get an answer from. The administrative and user sides were both clunky. Even password resets were hard. Features were outdated. Cons: The customer service was severely lacking in my time using the product. We had a tone of issues and eventually went to a new platform. Our new platform is free for non-profits, works way better, and the customer service is top notch. Because of that I would not recommend ClearGive to others unless they significantly upgrade their product and above all the quality and promptness of their support.
