  • Our favorite feature in VolunteerMatters is the ability to log hours served volunteering into a volunteer's profile.
  • I love having the ability to add graphics to different projects and signing up for a shift is straightforward.
  • Cons

  • Volunteer Matters suggests using Zapier, which charges and additional fee for Salesforce.
  • The Advanced Contact search I think is sometimes difficult to use.

  • We appreciate all of the data that allows us to CELEBRATE the POSITIVE IMPACT our student-athletes are making within the community.
  • I also love the ability to run reports for organizations so they can keep track of their members volunteer commitments.

  • The only area that is frustrating software issue is the inability to go back.
