  • Our favorite feature in VolunteerMatters is the ability to log hours served volunteering into a volunteer's profile.
  • I love having the ability to add graphics to different projects and signing up for a shift is straightforward.
  • Cons

  • Volunteer Matters suggests using Zapier, which charges and additional fee for Salesforce.
  • The Advanced Contact search I think is sometimes difficult to use.

  • I like how it is easy to use and that they thought of the things that we really need to do our job. It looks good and works.
  • The user-friendly interface, customization, regular updates and wealth of support and information. Reporting is also easy to use and very powerful.
  • Cons

  • This lack of functionality makes our work a bit confusing sometimes.
  • Cons: sometimes pages take too long to load, which is frustrating to users. But otherwise there are few complaints.
