It's flexible. We've streamlined our matching gifts processes a number of times since launch in 2012, and the system has been able to accommodate most of the changes.

It's cumbersome. Making changes to workflows, custom fields, and portals is challenging, though the support staff is helpful and prompt. There's a popup window that makes a particular step in the process confusing for users, but apparently it's a browser issue that is out of our control. In fairness, some difficulties have a lot to do with employees who are computer challenged (yes, in 2018!) or do not provide accurate information about their gifts.
