Does a good job quickly finding assets including second homes and public holdings.

Difficult to integrate donor lists with foundation grants as the column subjects don't align.

It's great that you can create donor profiles and choose which pieces of information match your donor.

Common names, it is hard to narrow down accurate data for people with common names.
