Pros
- The ability to allow users to self-register, create multiple user groups, and create a variety of volunteer-related events. Was exactly the solution we were looking for.
- The screens are easy to navigate. Out of the five volunteer scheduling software products we reviewed, Duplie provided the closest fit to what we were looking for, and at a very reasonable price.
Cons
- Our membership chairman will be able to stop using her membership database and rely on Duplie for membership maintenance and reporting.
- The only drawback we encountered was the limited online documentation. But we called the vendor, and they helped us quickly.
Pros
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
- Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
