Pros
- The customer service and ability to customize reports for the church works great though.
- The real best database size is nice. Also the pricing for specific tears was something we found beneficial as we were not a mega church.
Cons
- I hate calling support because it's so frustrating. Unless you have someone in your office who understands databases, then don't waste your time and money.
- There's not enough space for me to list my complaints about F1. It is by far the hardest program I've ever had to work with, and after three plus years, I still don't know how to get a decent report.
Pros
- I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
