If anything I’d have to say that they don’t release enhancements regularly enough (though I’ve only been using the platform for 4 months). And excellent customer service. We were getting onboarding emails before I could even start setting up the event page. So helpful! #### Cons I do wish we could have setup multi-day events, instead of having to setup each day as 3 different campaigns. Also, given our fundraising event is ticket based? Live Display needs to have more options for graphics and logo integration. It can do everything we need it to do without making you feel like you need a data engineering degree and ten years of experience. #### Cons I'm not the biggest fan of how they've worded their solicitation messages for our donors. They ask donors to help take on the cost of running the platform, but they call it a "tip," which is distasteful and dishonest. If I were them, I would just be upfront and call it a fee. Tip suggests that a human helped serve them, and carries a bit of guilt with it. #### Reasons for switching to Givebutter Not relevant, this survey is too long, I didn't know I was going to be asked to write a novel. We are all volunteer run, but we still raise quite a lot via many different methods (peer to peer, giving page, auction). Givebutter's technology meets those needs, and it is easy to use as an administrator as well as a donor. The business model also is amazing for our organization. #### Cons Nothing so far! I have attended many of their seminars and they are very helpful with getting started. Great! As said before it was an easy set up and I love that you can make the donation page simple or elaborate. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros The set up was extremely easy. I had the opportunity to make the site extremely elaborate if I wanted, but I was in a pinch and needed to put the page up quickly and was able to do that with a clean simple page. #### Cons I have been told by people who want to donate that it is a little lengthy to get a donation in. Some said that they wanted to just simply click a button to donate from a card on their phone, but unfortunately that couldn't happen. I haven't followed up on it though so I don't know how complicated it actually is on their end #### Vendor response Such lovely feedback, Steven! Great, it's been good and getting better since I've used it. It gets the job done, and is in a sweet spot where it has powerful features but is also simple enough to be easy to use. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros The best parts about Givebutter are ease of use, the variety of features offered, constant updates to add better quality-of-life improvements to fundraisers, responsive support, low fees, basically every payment method you could want, and lots of software integration options. #### Cons These aren't all necessarily cons for our organization, but I think that givebutter is very well-suited to small teams and small-to-moderate fundraising campaigns(<$1M). If you're doing larger fundraisers you can use to supplement your activities, but its strength is more in handling online donations, auctions, etc., things with less specialized software requirements. #### Vendor response Thank you so much for your thoughtful review!
