"This platform has aided us in running many successful fundraisers while being able to keep track of donors, funds coming in and tickets sold."

"The customizable campaign pages allow for personal branding, and features like donor comments and social sharing create a strong sense of community."

"The ability to track fundraising goals on campaign pages publicly is helpful, and donors can leave notes and images on a fundraising page when donating, which adds a personal touch."

"I do not like that Admins cannot add or edit payment information, I do not like that Admins cannot process partial refunds, I do not like the virtual auction sign up--it requires too many steps, and I do not like that an Admin cannot mark an auction item "Complete" if a person pays offline. "

"Complaints are rare! If anything I’d have to say that they don’t release enhancements regularly enough (though I’ve only been using the platform for 4 months). And sometimes testing different campaign scenarios can be challenging because there isn’t a “sandbox” environment that mimics donations, credit card transactions and auctions."

"Their ticket sales features says donations and doesn't look like a ticketing platform so patrons are often confused if they are donating or buying tickets."
