The bigger your team is, the better price per user you get. There is a fixed component of the price, related to the whole database, hosting, administration, disaster recovery, etc. The other component is by the and user licensing price. So the price for 5 users is resulting to $120/user while for example the end price for 20 users would be about $50/user. Further discounts per user are available for bigger organizations. For Grant-making organizations the price is even lower, because of Grants-tracking module non-usage.

It is very good software for the grant-making organization.
Our organization puts all information about the proposals, grants and projects in the system. We keep all financial information about the projects there. The organization often generates the reports from HOPE for internal use and for donors.
PROSIt is very practical and informative software. This system unites three departments: program, grants management and finance department. Our organization uses this system every day for tracking the projects and grants, entering the detailed information about the grants expenses, etc. Financial department makes financial records, payments, etc.
CONSNA. It is in compliance with Europe Foundations all requirements.

The software was not expensive and it was in compliance with our organization's main requirements.

Acceptable program for grant management
It is acceptable
PROSI did find it easy to integrate the program in my work as it is quite similar to the one I used before.
CONSThe program is very slow. Search option needs some improvements.

Best Accounting Software
Easy to use, clean design of software resulting easy use, no technical skills is necessary. It's a software with strong accounting functions, allows managing daily transaction easy and fast. Financial Reporting module is very strong- allows finance team easy and accurate reporting for management and different donors. Customer support is always helpful.

Hope is really a hope for a finance management
Our organization has a lot of projects with different currencies and without the system it would be impossible to deal wit them
PROSThe system generates reports of all kind that you might need. At first sight it seems non complicated but when you understand the principal, everything goes on easily. And I like the support. All the tasks are numbered and they are resolved shortly
CONSIntegration appeared difficult, But I guess users were not prepared to that change and the programs were not ready by that time. Yes , I would improve something. for e.g. Grant budget transferring within years.
