  • Pros

  • We love the flexibility and the management options we have in the giving platform. It integrates seamlessly and effectively.
  • It enables several categories that allow me to designate my donation to tithe, offering, missions, and other church operations. I appreciate that I can choose to pick a one-time or recurring gift.
  • I love that it is easy to use and that it is easy for our church members to use. I also really like that Trent and others are easily accessible through the chat button at any moment.
  • Cons

  • I don't know that I have a problem with the software, the only problem I had was in the delays processing the ACH transactions. This takes forever, such a bummer.
  • We lost revenue based on them not being able to fix the issue and I feel we lost some trust with our congregation.
  • We've tried to customize some areas of the system, but have been unsuccessful.

  • Customer support is fantastic too. Our giving is mostly done through pushpay which makes processing offering super easy so I can use my time tending to my other responsibilities.
  • Pushpay has a great UI and makes it super easy to give. I can submit a donation in around 10 seconds.
  • This app/software is super easy to use, easy to navigate, appealing to the eye, and overall a great product.
  • Cons

  • We had a 3 year contract with them that was nothing but frustration and trouble. In January I emailed and told them we would not renew when our contract was up 2/27/21.
  • Integration with QB has been broken for months and no response. Was essentially told that our issue was not urgent and would be handled "when they have time.
  • It has the worst customer service that I've dealt with.
