Used to keep track of fundraising efforts

Lacking in Updates

It was good while it lasted - it just didn't grow or make improvements or upgrades.

Pros

Customer support was great. It worked for us for many years, but did not grow with us as our organization grew.

Cons

There were really no updates or improvements done with this software for many years. The resolution of the soft ware was horrible - small, thin fonts - it got worse when we went cloud based. It didn't matter what we did at our end to fix this, it was just very hard to read and when you are looking at your screen all day, this really matters.

Results Plus

Pros

Customer Service was great and they were very knowledgeable in database management and helping Results Plus meet our donor needs.

Cons

We switched to a cloud base program that was easier to update and process online gifts. Results Plus really was great for larger nonprofits but really didn't fit our need.

Running Reports Is Cumbersome

I inherited ResultsPlus from my predecessor, and after using it for a few years, I needed to make a switch because I needed to run reports often to report to our [SENSITIVE CONTENT], and it was extremely difficult to use the reporting function.

Pros

The product was not easy to use. There was not much I liked about this software.

Cons

I did not like the reporting function for this software. It was not easy to use and was very cumbersome. I dreaded when I had to run reports.

The worst CRM

Pros

There are no good qualities. An Excel spreadsheet would have been better than Results Plus.

Cons

Queries are next to impossible to run. I had to contact customer support before any new query because it was so challenging to get the right information. It is not user friendly.

Antiquated - wish there were negative stars!

I inherited this system - doing everything possible to exit it as soon as possible.

Pros

Can't say a thing.........I know groups who have used it for years and years. The administrative support staff who've been around for years and enter data like it, but management hates it - the only reason they haven't moved away is because of the time and expense to do so.

Cons

Only compatible with Internet Explorer Unable to use with MAC Least user-friendly software I've ever used Additional charge for each user Over-priced subscription; expensive training in Rochester, MN No plans to update Found an alternate for 1/7 of the cost with many more features and easy to use from Day 1

Functional, but if you are considering moving towards using it, consider other options also.

I used ResultsPlus for 14 years at a non-profit organization. While it was functional, I found that I had too many times where I had to manually make the program do what I needed done rather than easily doing it for me.

Results Plus

Terrible. It's fairly useless. Its like an old version of QuickBooks.

Pros

Nothing. Everything is dated. The reporting functions are completely useless. Everything is a mess.

Everything. It was awful. I have no words to describe how useless this product is.
