- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
Pros
- From a volunteer management point of view it has good visibility of the onboarding process of new volunteers and easy customisation of the application forms.
- The customer service is outstanding. Of course the application is in the cloud and has easy to use access for volunteers.
Cons
- The only one I can think of was it is limited for volunteers, for event category or paid staff there are no options.
- I'll go in to make a simple report and get overwhelmed with the options to choose from, and I cannot remember which boxes to check to get just the right data.
