I am able to set up a whole section for my trainers and that allows volunteers to sign up for the training very easily. Vome lets the volunteers to be flexible and add a shift quickly and last minute. Vome also helped me set it up from start to finish. Cons: I don't really think I have a con. We have multiple volunteer opportunities each with their own onboarding requirements and vome makes it easy to keep track of where each volunteer is in the process. Cons: It can be a little buggy, but this hasn't significantly impacted my ability to function and get things done. If you change the size of the screen it will kick you out of pop up screens, the email is giving me troubles (but currently being worked on), sometimes when you click on something it won't populate, you have to click multiple times.
