Pros
- The ability to customize the information, have it integrated with our website and easily output reports, name badge, and invoices.
- User friendly; customizable, easy to train staff, features like events management, continuing education module, e-bulletins, etc.
Cons
- I can't think of anything. If there is something we don't like, they change it.
- This is, of course a pro for those associations. Unfortunately, the lack of permissions within the system forces associations to rely on TCS' staff to make any changes to web design.
Pros
- The software is user friendly and super robust allowing non-profits ways to streamline accounting and keep the data integrity.
- Interfaces with our Fund Raising software (Raiser's Edge, I am equally thrilled with that too, and mostly for the same reasons cited herein).
Cons
- Once blackbaud lures you in you are trapped, then they raise the prices , sometimes by three times the original amount, and your company suffers.
- Unless you have a tech department willing to invest time into the api it is hard to do your own in depth analytics out of the box or connect the software to other systems.
