I have been using Forte for about 3 years or longer now. Every time I need help or have a question the team is great no matter who I speak to.

Ease of use, low fees, great customer service, ease of use for our customers.

The first iteration was new, and functions were missing.

We love that we can capture info on our donors and that regardless of the size of the donation its a set fee.

The API and integration features were much improved with the Forte product.

Poor Customer Service, Poor Communication, and Poorly Structured Business Practices.

I LOVE the customer service and ease of the online terminal at Forte. Its easy to use (especially the newly released DEX platform).

This is a great option for taking credit card and e-checks for the Town where budgets can be tight. There is no charge for the use of this product and it is very easy to use and set up.

I am a complete loss as to how this business acquires any customers. If it wasn't our only software option for our needs I would have ditched the process 4 months ago.

The secure web pay feature is very useful for customers to make payments and was pretty straight forward to implement into our website. I also appreciate that their fees are low and transparent.

Once it's up and running there is little to no maintenance needed. The price for the service is great compared to some competition.

The interface seems a bit outdated and it was confusing to figure out how to use all of the features at the beginning.

I found Forte gives me more options. The options will make the charges to be mistake free.

Inability to customize some fields and viewing/changing of scheduled transactions.

I process hundreds or ACH transactions each month; I appreciate how easy it is to schedule recurring transactions.

The APIs are easy to use and work well. Very well defined functions allow us to perform.

Much better that other competitors who usually to accomplish the same takes way longer. As a developer is is great to talk to someone who understands what is needed and always gives the right answer.

Trouble shooting on your own is difficult for me, online info is difficult to follow.

Ease of use is the softwares biggest advantage.

Forte provide excellent customer support representatives to talk to and quickly resolve any concern or question.

Generally a little difficult to talk to customer service.

It has amazing recurring features which is critical for our business.

This software is a great tool for the money. It is great for charging our customers on an ongoing monthly and annual basis for memberships.

Integration with Invoicing Systems with some what rates competitive with Square, Stripe and Paypal.

Getting our account setup with Forte was very easy as was integrating it in with our business management software (Zoho).

This software is amazing and I like it because is user-friendly, quick and absolutely efficient.

We currently only use it to pay vendors which is all we need and for that it's perfect. The payments are fast, secure, and easy to set up.

I inquired further, and they stopped replying. 5 emails later I found a phone number to call, and the customer service rep told me they were aware of the issue and would resend the 2 deposits.

It is a direct solution and no ambiguity. The support was fantastic and has helped when needed it, and that was user error, not the platform.

It was easy to use from Quickbooks and seemed like a good solution.

I love the low fees and the promotions for liquidating cash from credit cards.

Is easy to set up, easy to use, clean and smooth for our customers, and the best it is free for our customers to send ACH.

Very poor responses from Customer Service. They have held my client's money captive for two weeks while they investigate.

Do you have the option to integrate it with your QuickBooks or use it as a standalone product which is great.

I like how easy it is to use and the product feels very secure.

It's super easy and actually fun to use. They also have the ability to pay your vendors via credit card, so they charge your card and deliver the funds to your vendor's bank account for a small fee.

It has been great overall: saves me a lot of time, great price point, and customer service has reached out to me numerous times to tell me about new functions and to check in.

I also am very happy that it integrates with QBO which is what most of my clients are on.

Melio has an excellent customer support and resolves any issues quickly.

I have had multiple support chats with them, where they send me the same message and now have started cutting me off / disabling the chat right after they send it.

While Plastiq has IRS-esque customer service, Melio really go out of their way to ensure a positive user experience. Melio is also faster at processing ACH payments, which is a huge plus.

Integrates well with QBO, pricing is great, easy to seup. When all work well is a good experience.

This product integrates very well with Quickbooks Online, and is fairly easy to use once it is set-up. Customer Service is great.

Terrible experience signing up and no response from customer service.

Melio in my opinion is the best transfer service available.

Sorry we don't accept credit cards - has that bothered you before.

Also, sometimes when you drop a new vendor's invoice, the software doesn't read it correctly.

It made us a victim of fraud and their support team is even more inadequate than quickbooks online support.

I have used Melio since day 1 and hope they never discontinue it. The ease of use and the integration with QuickBooks is like no other app out there.

Simple and quick to use, it offers a tremendous value. Furthermore, customer service is one of the best I've dealt with.

Melio is a great product we recently had the opportunity to discover. I was very impressed at how easy it integrated to our accounting in Quickbooks.

It is very intuitive, and the integration with QBO makes AP and AR processes efficient and automated. All that with a low price makes this a win win for any business.

I love everything about Melio form how easy it is to use and the dashboard is so simple. From switching to incoming payment to seeing who you paid in a click of a button.

You really can't beat that with a stick. It's great for paying things like Building Rent that needs a check or any other bill that does not accept cards at all.

It is also great that the program completely integrates with QuickBooks so the bills show up automatically in Melio, and with a few clicks I can pay all of the bills.

Customer service is second to none. You really get the sense that the people speaking to you care about the product and care about how you are using it.

The chap I have been dealing with on the helpdesk has been lovely but his hands are tied.

This software is easy to use and I use it nearly every day.

I guess the only thing is not being able to merge two vendors that are the same but accidentally created if both have a payment already made on them.

Modern, ease of use, could be useful and a good idea.

It is user friendly, quick, intuitive and the customer support  super efficient. I love Melio and I always refer about this amazing software that was a game changer for our A/P.

Melio is super easy to set up and use. The integration is fast and simple, and works reliably.

And with the direct connection to Quickbooks Online, its super easy to sync all your vendors, bills and payments, making Melio a perfect bill management application. We'd recommend it to everyone.

It is very convenient to use and the QB integration is a huge plus. I use this for Domestic transactions.

After providing numerous links to clients on our new option to accept Credit Cards and ACH Debits, we ran into a wall with Melio rejecting our payments due to their inability to verify our account.

I have ADHD, so I get overwhelmed easily, but Melio is so streamlined and easy to use. I'm so happy that my friend introduced me to it.

I have a relationship manager who always solves any issue that might come up, and I am thrilled these guys found me.
