Pros/Cons

Pros
It is very easy to use for both ends, constituents and administrative!
Easy to maneuver through sections. I really lean on the reports that GovPilot provides.

Cons
Sometimes there are system bugs that put roadblocks in the workflow, but customer service is quick to assess and mitigate the problem.
As with any new system, the start-up was a bit frustrating working out kinks etc. Had an issue with credit card processing but everything was fixed.

Pros
The customization is awesome. I have been able to tailor the system to fit my business. It is also very easy to learn and use.
The product is easy to use and a great value. They are constantly working to expand and improve the system.

Cons
The system works well, not really any complaints. The only issue we have is sometimes the speed of the system, however, this could also be due to internet related issues and not the system.
How many steps required to put members into system. Can be complex to train employees as some of the functions are just too complicated to train.
