I've been fortunate enough to have great Implementation and Customer Success Managers.

The CSM support has been great, and our team feels like we can get our questions answered. We have someone to help us navigate the internal Impartner teams.

For example, we've had troubles with quizzes getting stuck (just acts like its loading, but doesn't load).

Special mention as well to [sensitive content hidden] who was great during our renewal, making sure that we reached the best cost and functionality price that would support our future growth.

There are little things missing in some of the features.

It is very nice visually for our channel and partner community. Easy UI to navigate and includes the essentials.

Overall, we love using Impartner. It has a great ability to integrate with our other systems and allows us to create a one-stop shop for our partners.

Interesting features with easy to setup and use. Sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful in successful implementation and continued support for BigCommerce.

While I understand that we are not on the newest, modular version, pricing and how additional services/access to features are charged has been ambiguous and unclear.

Data management is easy for us, segmentation is a nice functionality, the ability to integrate with other platforms has helped a lot.

My current assigned CSM (Oliver Walters) has been great to work with, he's extremely professional and has a wealth of knowledge about the Impartner platform and modules.

I liked the Customer Support provided and User Interface is good to look at. The options are easy to navigate for a new user.

The ease of use and integration with Salesforce makes Impartner a great solution for Cyberhaven. Partners have said this is the best site they've used in a long time.

On the backend of the platform, setting everything up for users to use the platform is much more difficult.

That custom content is not proofread or reviewed for any spelling or grammatical errors.

We have been using Mindmatrix for 2 years. We are very happy with it as an email marketing solution.

I like that everything we ever need is on one site & I like that support and customer service agents are there to help within minutes.

Finding a single platform to serve all 3 purposes was one of the greatest benefits we experienced, since it offered us the highest leverage on our resources.

Some of the processes are overly complex for a normal user. I'm not giving it the five stars because of the complexity of the user interface.

I have had some list issues and I find that frustrating to deal with.

I like the MM platform, but the customer support and our Sales Enablement Consultant are the best.

Assets uploaded into the platform will automatically have cobranding as well -- as long as you have it set up that way. The interface is relatively clean and easy to use.

Also, being able to develop targeted campaigns is a great benefit. The real benefit to us is the expertise of our Sales Enablement Consultant, and also the customer support specialists.

MindMatrix can LITERALLY do anything and everything while remaining cost effective for SMBs.

Sometimes I get a little confused on how to navigate the site and where exactly the right place for me to go is.

They know the stuff and are a strong advocate for us. Good integration with ConnectWise allowing us to keep it as our database of record.
