Definitely worth the money. I liked it so much, I rolled it out within the company I work for.

This is the best product for storing User names and PW, plus the other apps that are incorporated make it the best on the market.

I really like the ease of use and multi-platform integration from Windows to iOS.

The feature I like most about this software is being able to access my passwords anywhere I am and the ability to create and store complex passwords.

RoboForm works on ALL the browsers (Edge, Chrome, Brave) I choose to use including an IOS app. It can not only be used to safe passwords but also Bookmarks & Safenotes.

I like that RoboForm is safe and easy to use. I also like that I can safely store notes there and I can use RoboForm on my cell phone.

I began using Roboform for personal use, and believed in its productivity and automation so much that I recommended for use at work and was approved.

It is a huge time saver and super easy to use. A few months ago we switched to the Business platform to share passwords and it is awesome.

Sometimes, it doesn't seem to update across all of my devices automatically but that may be due to user error.

Roboform is very easy to use, it is has an organized layout, is intuitive and reliable. Receive updates fairly often.

I have not had the time to explore and utilize all of its features. Because of this, I have struggled.

It is very easy to integrate into your normal workflow and makes it simple to generate and use very strong passwords. Effortlessly syncs logins across devices and browsers.

I use Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Edge browsers and the integration works great for all. I also use Chrome on my Android phone and the integration often works there too (not 100%).

As a long-time user, I most appreciate their commitment to continuing development. The software is updated frequently and they continue to expand the platforms on which the program/app is available.

RoboForm allows you to store all passwords and user names for all the programs that I use. So easy to use and once the information is stored, its also easy to update.

I have never had an issue that I have needed to reach out to customer service - which is great.

I have used this for years and  find it easy to set up and then let Robo do it it's job. It is so nice not to fill in all the info.

While Apple has this for iPhone and Mac users, if you are like me and have an iPhone and PC this is a better solution because it syncs with both.

It does crash sometimes and will sometimes start using a bunch of CPU and I will have to kill the process.

There have been too many problems with Chrome browser extensions, and auto-fill seems to compete with the browser.

This tool is very easy to use and has a Chrome Extension that makes it even more amazing.

We just imported everything from our old password manager and that was a very easy process. Overall, it's a very solid option.

That being said, the licensing cost is the worst part for our company as it is set to double at our upcoming renewal.

Good password management tool with features you would expect.

The training could be updated to match the new GUI interface and be interactive. It's very dry and while the videos are short, they seem longer due to no interactive learning.

Ease of use, Options for Cloud or on premise, additional identity management  features when on premise. Shared passwords, OS independent.

The importing of the account is simple and I like the history of the password. I can roll back the password in seconds.

It seamlessly integrates with AD for SSO authentication and 2-factor authentication is possible as well.

With that many serevrs and systems owned, and with Secret Server capabilities, this allow to stop worrying about dependencies and password lifecycle management.

Easy to user interface - Secure storage for passwords.

Organizational policies and manager preferences can make this tool difficult to trust by users. Browser interface can be clunky and difficult to navigate.

Appreciate the template driven password management to ensure the salient details for each password are captured.

We deployed it into our environment and users of all technical abilities have been able to utilize it. The ability to share secure passwords across teams is a handy feature as well.

Also, there is no readily available warnings for when you are about to hit your licensing limits for number of secrets stored.

I think the AD integration is the most important feature for us.
