I like that it's very secure. I felt like the information I was accessing was well protected and that Okta was definitely doing it's job.

I dislike how my company or the software requires password changes relatively frequently.

This a great a quick way to SSO when you access a lot of different applications daily. Instead of having to access each application you can access them from one place, which is nice.

I love how easy it is to access certain dashboards that I am required to log into every day.

Ease of use, return on investment, ease of management, reporting, constant improvements. Thats just to hit the top level.

The limitations that revolve around local integration with applications. Not that it's too bad, as an agent is always available to support local applications.

Easy to use service with excellent documentation and out of the box integration for popular languages (Java, Go, C#, JavaScript, Python, PHP).

There are a few occasions where you will try to login to your account and they offer an error called, “bad request. This happens more often than not and can be extremely frustrating.

I like this software due to its concise and easy design, which makes the software easy to use. It has some great functionalities that makes it easy to understand and use.

I think Okta works well, but it's cost-ineffective and not altogether useful. I'd recommend just using the built in functionality found in Google Chrome.

Great for managing multiple log-ins to different apps, you only need to remember one password and you should be all set with this secured platform.

This is the best tool in the market right now especially considering the work from home scenario and the great community which helps to resolve many issues if you have any.

The deployment and app integration with Okta is fairly simple. The tool is very admin friendly and user friendly.

The standout issue is that there is an extreme lack of features.

This is the best product for storing User names and PW, plus the other apps that are incorporated make it the best on the market.

RoboForm works on ALL the browsers (Edge, Chrome, Brave) I choose to use including an IOS app. It can not only be used to safe passwords but also Bookmarks & Safenotes.

I like that RoboForm is safe and easy to use. I also like that I can safely store notes there and I can use RoboForm on my cell phone.

I began using Roboform for personal use, and believed in its productivity and automation so much that I recommended for use at work and was approved.

It is a huge time saver and super easy to use. A few months ago we switched to the Business platform to share passwords and it is awesome.

Sometimes, it doesn't seem to update across all of my devices automatically but that may be due to user error.

Roboform is very easy to use, it is has an organized layout, is intuitive and reliable. Receive updates fairly often.

I have not had the time to explore and utilize all of its features. Because of this, I have struggled.

It is very easy to integrate into your normal workflow and makes it simple to generate and use very strong passwords. Effortlessly syncs logins across devices and browsers.

I use Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Edge browsers and the integration works great for all. I also use Chrome on my Android phone and the integration often works there too (not 100%).

As a long-time user, I most appreciate their commitment to continuing development. The software is updated frequently and they continue to expand the platforms on which the program/app is available.

RoboForm allows you to store all passwords and user names for all the programs that I use. So easy to use and once the information is stored, its also easy to update.

I have never had an issue that I have needed to reach out to customer service - which is great.

I have used this for years and  find it easy to set up and then let Robo do it it's job. It is so nice not to fill in all the info.

It’s a budget-friendly option that doesn’t skimp on quality features. Manage and organize all your passwords easily.

It does crash sometimes and will sometimes start using a bunch of CPU and I will have to kill the process.

There have been too many problems with Chrome browser extensions, and auto-fill seems to compete with the browser.

Great customer service and ticket submission for any issues you need tech help with.
