For the price I paid I think it is well worth the investment. It is incredibly easy to link to Google Sheets to send customized emails.

From personalizing to importing lists to reviewing data, it has everything I'm looking for and it's super easy to find. I have and will continue to recommend.

I had to send 100 mails in a day, i tryed in other ways but they spam it. Gmass worked on my disire.

Gmass is great at helping us get a lot of information out quickly.

I really like how well it merges with Google Workspace Email and how it allows me to quickly send emails to a group and track the progress of the campaign.

One thing I find frustrating is that when it fails to deliver to a specific email, I receive a dozen email alerts telling my this information (for each failed email).

I love how customizable it is, how powerful it is as getting emails to customers' inboxes, and each year it gets better and better.

Definitely have to get your hands a bit dirty and do some technical customisation. E.g. setting up custom domain tracking url.

Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
