Pros
- Also I love the fact that you can send a quick text to a customer letting them know there dog is doing great or if there is an issue. I could go on and on, but it is definitely worth the monthly fee.
- Paul and his crew have done a terrific job creating an application that takes the hassle of running a daycare to let you do what you love, be with the dogs.
- Improved customer satisfaction: PetExec enables pet care businesses to provide better customer service and build stronger relationships with their customers.
Cons
- Also, when scheduling a grooming or daycare (through boarding), having to re-enter the times for pick-up and drop-off every single time is ridiculous when the time had already been chosen.
- The unic problem that Theo have is a Wasted space.
- So if a client used a daycare used petexec, i cannot use their email as their username, because the other company ALSO used it as the username. This is def my number 1 complaint.
Pros
- Absolutely fabulous and love the way it changes as we ask for more product expansion on its deliveries.
- They are amazing at dealing with any issues and take on feedback to improve their software. The interface is very intuitive and I like that everything is customisable.
- I have used savvy for a number of years and always been impressed with its ease of use and how streamlined it is. It is constantly being made better and more agile as a system.
Cons
- We charged the customer £10 deposit and they expect us to just tell them that the appointment they booked was not available.
- The only thing I don't like is not having an offline copy of the appointments booked.
- Had a few problems on the way but the team sorted them our very quickly.
