Easy to use and well laid out and helpful whether your doing a job intake for your team, a bid on a site, or a simple drawing for training or visual aid...it is just so helpful.

Making changes to accommodate all users within our company is very difficult to make happen and often comes with resistance from the engineers.

Drawing feature linked to price makes it easy for a sales rep to estimate on site.

The ability to draw simple floor plans was great. It was easy to do, and for the most part, had the shapes I needed.

ArcSite handles PDF mobile cad drawings possible in an elegant manner. The tool makes possible creation, editing, redlining of CAD quality drawings and integrates photos in an exceptional manner.

At one point there was a glitch in one of my drawings that caused the walls to move, but after an app update, it fixed the problem.

Overall, the company has been nothing but helpful and the experience has been positive. We love the value it adds by having it installed on our iPads.

Primarily, I use it to map monuments in need of restoration or cleaning, as well as for landscaping issues and concerns. It is easy to upload the maps I need as base templates.

However, paying this much, every month, to simply draw a floor plan is ridiculous.

The ease of doing this on my iPad with my pencil is a pleasure. I can not fault this app.

The ability to change dimensions and have the software automatically adjust other walls at the same time was great. The software was intuitive and easy to use.

Also, occasional crash issue when using custom symbols created in the app.

It was too expensive and i couldn't get my employer to pay the subscription.

Only downside to Traction currently the user interface is it is only available on Ipad.

The Experience Editor becomes laggy and difficult to use with long, branching experiences.

Need to be able to notify Supervisor or host when an individual fails a health screen question rather than individual self reporting.

Our visitor activity is now tracked accurately and all visitors are made aware of our Mutual Agreement and Safety Guidelines prior to walking our site. The team at Traction Guest have been amazing.

Easy to use and customize. It has a lot of good integrations with apps like Slack.

The guest experience is excellent and our security guards are easily able to use the web interface. The traction guest support team provides timely and detailed help.

Great experience and absolutely worth the cost.

I like that we were able to implement this without having to hire an it professional. The people on the support team continually make this a great product.

The product is easy to use and the customer service is great.

I'm unsure if the printing machine is related to traction, or something our company implemented ourselves, but there has been multiple errors regarding this.

Traction Guest is an easy to use solution for our guest management globally. It has some really great features and a simple to use interface.

I don't believe there is anything that I dislike about the software.

It is probably the best visitors management system that I have come across and the implementation team and support staff are polite, professional and awesome to work with.

Our receptionist retired and Traction Guest is our answer because of the amount of features offered for the price. Integration with ITAR and Outlook was easy.

Having two different workflow/experience builders makes it a little difficult to keep track of which-is-what.

Their customer service is probably one of the best I have ever experience with any software company. Their product is pretty well documented which is very helpful.

Lack of mobile application for management (website on mobile devices does not work very well). Inability to invite through gmail (so far).

Ease of configurability in workflow of questions. Integration with our Active Directory and SSO login.

Traction guest has a straightforward, user-friendly interface, and has quite a lot of customizability. The team is very supportive and works with us to integrate with the needs of our business.

While all the drawings, takeoffs and estimates are created on mobile devices, database of equipment and materials will be pre-built on the ArcSite website(cloud) and synced to the mobile app. All the drawings and forms created in the mobile app can be viewed online as well.
