Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and implement immediately. No need for long training. Support is friendly and extremely competent. No downtime until now. Free version to try out. Cost-benefit is great.

  • The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.

  • Cons

  • The automation is limited for the free version. Although the landing page and form builder is really useful, I felt it was quite limiting in the design aspect.

  • For me the costs are a little higher than originally advertised - but still way better value for money than anything else I've found

  • Pros

  • Very versatile and easy to use! I recommend this to anyone. They kept giving me Gigabytes for installing on new devices.

  • I love that you can access box from wherever you are. I especially like that its synch function happens behind the scenes and it is truly reliable.

  • Cons

  • Some clients have enterprise versions of box which look and feel different so that can be a little confusing at the start. Overall, not much to complain about as the use is pretty simple.

  • not much bad to say. The only CON is the lack of integration with ALL types of OS. Works well with Microsoft but not sure about others.
