Apollo, provided by Applicom, is an online application that manages users' personal and professional schedule by reminding them of each appointment and deadline. This solution is cloud-based and suitable for businesses of all sizes.
Apollo unifies the management of personal tasks, calendars, contacts and projects in a single solution. It includes a built-in customer relationship management (CRM) application. Other key features include whiteboards, milestones, iCal integration, interactive timers, interactive calendars, cases and deals.
Users can star projects through the solution’s favorites menu and also organize various projects in different categories to help organize workflow. Apollo provides a separate profile for each contact that covers conversation history, important dates, tasks assigned and contact data.
To prevent accidental deletions, Apollo stores all deleted items for up to 30 days.

It's a user friendly system, great customer support, good scheduler, inexpensive pricing with no hidden fees.
Some functions still have kinks being worked out, the posting can be a bit awkward, and ERA's dont always translate the best.
Apollo is an easy-to-use solution that can affordably help any small business manage both basic CRM and project management functions. For people looking for a more robust CRM solution with email marketing and other search engine optimization capabilities – this is probably not your solution. If you are looking for a project management solution that can also help you invoice and provide estimates to clients as well as manage your projects - this is not that type of solution either. Apollo does a great job doing what it does best – providing a solution to organize your tasks and projects, and centrally manage clients, colleagues and other contacts.

- Does not work well when using the Internet Explorer 9 browser
