Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

Kanban Zone - Easy to Use and Highly Functional Project Management.

I also like the look of the board and the cards. While it might not be important to some people, for me it is very important that everything is organized and pleasant looking.

Organization and workflow management have been difficult for us. Kanban Zone has helped us defining tasks into cards and breaking them up with a deliverable due day.

I am always amazed by their positive attitude toward us. We also realized that we can use Kanban Zone as part of our documentation.

I like the reports, the search capabilities and that we can download the cards into Excel. All these help us to quickly and easily create reports of our projects and productivity.

There is really nothing I can point out that I don't like about the software.

It is very easy to set up a card, keep them in the right work process, and then it feels good when I move a card to the Done column.

The very popular ones seemed to fancy for me and didn't fully embrace the principles of Kanban. I love that they've kept the UI simple and very easy to use.

Talking with the actual users, they are pleased with the ease of use and takes very limited time to update.

I can create a board as I like and visualize between teams without changing the way we think.

It has provided a tool for all the departments in the organization a way to track their progress and processes.

How quickly it is to get new users to use kz with little training & education. Ability to navigate multiple boards.

It gives them more productive time instead of stopping to answer simple basic questions from my sales team.

Only thing I can think of is the lack of a public API.

It is the best ui that i've seen for task management ever.

Works like a web application should work, quick load, great design that makes the interface very easy to use.

I definitely would like to mention the Customer Support. They have to be the best I have ever worked with.

It allows to keep a good tracking of the actions that are been performed and breaks down in small tasks an activity that you need to accomplish.
