It can be confusing to some extent - one of our contractors, in this instance, had 2 profiles and was entering hours and expenses under the company name first instead of under his name.

The system is easy to configure, easy to use and the support has been amazing. We're very happy with the system.

If your application is built in odd ways (as ours is), it can be hard to get guides to deploy correctly. Pendo also has a pooled CS model, which can be frustrating.

I get great insight into customer usage of our software. It can be almost as granular as you would like.

They've helped us increase product adoption through improved communication methods, manage and analyze NPS, and track user behavior with greater specificity than we could previously.

We have apps so need better tool. And terrible biz practice trying to scam more money from customers.

Brilliant - after having a training session with our internal advocate for Pendo I found it extremely useful.

Inability in identifying abandonment. Inability to apply multiple tags across one or more features.

Setting up guides to work across multiple pages with distinct URLs is also quite painful, and could use something of an overhaul/UX redesign.

Pendo bridges a good gap for us in quickly learning how our users interact with our software - It helps us understand their needs better.

The guides are easy to set up and flexible too with lots of templates to help get you started quickly. Having worked in product management for over 25 years the discovery of Pendo was a godsend.

The ability to determine how clients are spending their time is helpful.

It is easy to use and helps executives start tracking the right metrics (instead of guessing at what is important).

Our customers love that these embedded guides prompt them through the actual processes they perform in the Bandwidth Dashboard. It’s like having an expert train you through every step.

This software is incredibly robust and easy to use.

Tagging each page was a boring task. Also it's weird how some data is extremely detailed and some other stuff is shown in a too simplicistic way.

Overall a great experience. Customer support is always there when you need them and the insight you gain from the data is invaluable.

NPS results cannot be adjusted, if someone mistakenly provides a detractor review there is no way to delete or adjust the number.
