The tool allow to manage complex innovation program both involving employees and external actors such as start-ups etc. It is extremely flexible and it scales with the ambition of any innovation team.

Speed of being able to spin up new sites is fantastic - if you're not looking to customise much it's quite simple to get a professional looking site up quickly.

Truth be told: I do hate it's chat mechanism. All the users, the team and I just can't get it, so we communicate via email.

Bright idea is extremely intuitive and easy to setup. We use it for multiple use cases.

We were able to save tens of millions of dollars in cost avoidance due to the creative and impactful ideas that were submitted by employees all around the company.

There are too many widgets and options to configure. Lack of templates slows the configuration process down.

Easy to setup and use, ability to push innovation not only with your team, but also with external comunities.

Finally, Customer Service. The team is outstanding.

Brightideas offered an incredibly rich and robust platform that allowed our Innovation Team to create a method for our employees to share their ideas to management.

Otherwise, the Brightidea team has been able to solve any other problems that came up.

I dont like that anyone on the team can accidentally mark your task complete.

Excellent experience, the tech support is terrific, online questions are answered immediately, most times a simple Google search results in your answer.

Best thing about the software is the ease of use.

It doesn't have some of the flashy features others might, but often those systems are super pricey, or don't work as advertised.

Wrike is awful; Monday is meh; Asana is confusing.

It takes a bit to constantly update the timeline when items are stalled in reviews/approvals, but that will be the case with any project management software.

Finding/navigating the time tracking task is a little strange.

Technical support has been excellent and Workzone staff check in from time to time to learn what else we may need to do our work better.

Customer service is great. The WZ team is always looking to improve their product and service.

Possess all the good features of MS Excel and MS Project, which have been nicely integrated into a nice simple layout. Allows to share documents and message across the team, good for collaboration.

My only complaint is that you cannot open tasks in new tabs on your browser.

The ease of use across the platform is amazing. Easily adopted by all levels of users.

Very cost effective product for our size of a company, to receive this powerful functionality at this cost point was important.

I like the reporting capabilities for resource management and hours tracking. I like the functionality of commenting and emailing through workzone all associated with a task and/or project.

I love that I can find all of my projects quickly and can look up previous projects. I can find files I need to download and get notified when I have to make changes to a doc.

For a software that's so robust, it's quite intuitive. The team have been able to figure out how to navigate around with minimal training.

The software interface has been updated several times lately, which have been great improvements.

Sends email notifications for tasks and sub tasks which is an amazing feature to have.

The software is constantly improving based on feedback so we know we are always getting the best product available.

At first I hated that there were multiple ways of doing nearly everything in the system.

Workzone provides project information at various levels of detail to accommodate different user roles on the project.
